Privacy policy

What data is collected

When you use the contact form, the following data is collected: name, email, phone (if provided), company (if provided), project type, approximate budget, preferred timeline and description of your needs. No other personal data is collected by this site.

Why this data is collected

This information is used exclusively to respond to your contact request and discuss your project with you. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

How it is used

Data submitted via the form is sent by email to Tom Reboul to allow for a personalized response. It may be kept in the professional inbox for the duration of the exchange and project follow-up.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted if no further action follows.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact Tom Reboul at contact@tomcom.fr.

Audience measurement

This site uses an audience measurement tool developed and hosted by tomcom itself (no third-party service), intended solely to understand and improve site traffic: pages visited, approximate traffic origin, device used, buttons clicked. It serves no advertising purpose.

This tool meets the CNIL's (French data protection authority) consent-exemption criteria for audience measurement:

  • no cross-site tracking;
  • your IP address is never stored: it is used only for the duration of the request to estimate an approximate country, region and city, then is not retained;
  • raw browsing data is kept for a maximum of 13 months;
  • you can opt out of this measurement at any time, below.

The identifier used is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage), not in a third-party cookie, and is never shared with another site. If you submit the contact or free preview form, your browsing session may be associated with your request in order to understand the path that led to it. This information is only recorded when the form is voluntarily submitted, never before.
